How to become a Suzano supplier

Preregistration

In this step, you register your company on our database of possible suppliers by completing a form. If your company is selected by the Procurement team, the procurement representative will contact you to confirm the information submitted and request a document to substantiate your bank information.

I entered my Tax ID (CNPJ) and the other fields to complete did not appear.
When you enter your company’s CNPJ, the system automatically consults the website of the Federal Revenue Service. In some cases, the website may be unstable and fail to detect the CNPJ. If this happens, try preregistering again later. Use Internet Explorer 9 or higher versions to complete the process. Other browsers or versions can cause errors.
Can I add more than one e-mail in preregistration?
No. You can only enter one e-mail when preregistering, which is the one to which the certification invitation is sent. So make sure to enter the information correctly. You will be able to enter more contacts later during the certification process.
Can I select more than one service region?
Yes. To select more than one service region, hold down “Ctrl” and select the desired options.
Can I add more than one supply category?
Yes. Just select the category from level 1 to 4, and click on the button “Add supply category,” then repeat the process for as many categories as you want.
Do I have to select all levels of supply categories?
Yes. You must select all levels (from 1 to 4) before adding the category.
I couldn’t find my company’s supply category. How do I add a new one?
The supply categories available were designed to represent all of Suzano’s scopes. So select the category that most closely matches your business activity.
I added a category incorrectly. Can I remove it?
Yes. Just select the incorrect category from the “Selected supply categories” list and click on the button “Remove supply category.”
Do I need to preregister the Tax ID (CNPJ) of all branch offices or just for the head office?
You need to preregister each CNPJ that could invoice Suzano.
I completed preregistration, but have not yet received the certification invitation.
Once you complete your preregistration, the information will remain available for consultation by the Procurement team for 12 months. The Procurement team will send the certification invitation when there are business opportunities with your company. Make sure to always check if your inbound e-mail service has not processed the certification invitation as spam.
I received the certification invitation, but cannot open the link to access the Registration Governance Portal.
Use Internet Explorer 9 or higher versions to complete the process. Other browsers or versions can cause errors. If the problem persists, clear the browsing history and try again.
