I added the company's information and the other fields to be filled in did not appear.

When the company's National Registry of Legal Entities is entered, the system automatically searches the Federal Revenue website. In some cases, the Federal Revenue website may be unstable and may not identify the number. If this happens, try pre-registering again later. Use Google Chrome or Internet Explorer version 9 or higher to complete the process. Other browsers or versions may cause errors. If the error persists, clear your browsing history and try again.

Can I add more than one email address in the pre-registration?

No. When pre-registering, you can only provide one email address. The certification invitation will be sent to this email address. Therefore, please fill in the information correctly. You will be able to add more contacts to the certification process once you receive it.

Can I select more than one service region?

Yes. To select more than one service region, hold down the “Ctrl” key and select the desired options.

Can I add more than one supply category?

Yes. Simply select them from levels 1 to 4 and click on the “Add supply category” button, repeating the selections for as many categories as you wish.

Do I need to select all levels of supply categories?

Yes. It is mandatory to select all levels (from 1 to 4) before adding the category.

I couldn't find the supply category my company operates in. How do I add a new one?

The available supply categories were developed to meet all Suzano scopes. Therefore, select the category that most closely matches your company's activity. If there is an ongoing negotiation, Supplies may request the Registration Center to add a new category.

I added a category incorrectly. Can I remove it?

Yes. Simply select the incorrect category in the “Selected Supply Categories” box and click the “Remove Supply Category” button.

Do I need to pre-register all branches or just the head office?

It is necessary to pre-register for each branch that may invoice Suzano.

I completed the pre-registration, but I still haven't received the certification invitation.

Once pre-registration is complete, the information will be available for consultation by Supplies for 12 months. The Supplies department will send the certification invitation if there are business opportunities with the company. Always check that your email provider has not considered the certification invitation as spam.

I received the certification invitation, but I cannot open the link to access the Registration Governance Portal.
